The Eagle Feather

By Jefferson Greene

In February of 2008, a descendent of the Wasco, Nez Perce, Walla Walla, & Paiute people envisioned a feather, an Eagle Feather. A feather not referenced, but envisioned within the heart, mind, and spiritual soul of an Indian, An American Indian. A feather so incredibly unique and significant, that it would only be drawn once to last many generations and forever. A feather of all Eagle Feather he had ever seen. On a sheet of the most carefully selected paper in all the land, a hand began to draw an Eagle Feather with the most beautiful and powerful tool once used by the legendary Ms. Lillian Pitt herself who passed the tool on to aspiring artist Jefferson Greene in 2003. Then after 3 hours of unrepeatable and up-most spiritual efforts from artist and Creator combined, the feather was completed for the Indigenous Nations of The World.

The Eagle Feather, a symbol of honor, respect, and integrity. Passed down for thousands of generations to show appreciation for the goodness within another.

This Eagle Feather, provided to the inspirational Ms. Roberta Armstrong on October 26th, 2008 for her generous efforts and sole commitment to Indigenous Communities and growing.

We Thank You.
